Fluoropolymer F40 Rotolining is a specialized coating process used in industries such as chemical processing, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and food processing. It involves applying a layer of Fluoropolymer Material, specifically F40 grade, onto the interior surface of pipes, tanks, and other equipment to provide superior corrosion resistance and chemical inertness.
During the Rotolining process, the F40 fluoropolymer powder is heated and melted, then rotated within the equipment to ensure even coverage. The molten polymer adheres to the substrate, forming a seamless, smooth, and non-porous lining that offers excellent protection against aggressive chemicals, high temperatures, and abrasive materials.
