Lining Sheet

it's appearance standard:

(1) The color of the PTFE sheet is the resin color.
(2) The material should be uniform in texture and smooth in appearance, and defects such as cracks, bubbles, delamination, mechanical damage, and tool marks must not be allowed.
(3) Allows for slight cloud-like elasticity.
(4) It is permissible to have no more than 1 non-metallic impurities having a diameter of 0.1-0.5 mm and no more than 1 non-metallic impurities having a diameter of 0.5-2 mm on an area of 10×10 cm.
(5) The density is 2.1-2.3T/m3

PTFE sheets also have other good features such as corrosion resistance, anti-aging and non-conductive. PTFE pH 0-14 (except molten alkali metal and high temperature, high pressure fluorine). It can have good mechanical strength between -100°C and 100°C. Use pressure 10Mpa.
